Western Texas College offers several options for payment of your college education.
  • Online by credit card (MasterCard, Discover, Visa & American Express) or debit Card
  • Including installment options:  (College Green Payment Plan schedules vary...view Payment Options for more detail)
  • By Mail:  WTC Business Office, 6200 S. College Avenue, Snyder, TX 79549.  (Payments must be mailed 5 days before the deadline to allow for mail delivery.)
  • In Person:  Business Office (Palmer Hall - Building 20) on the main campus at 6200 S. College Avenue, Snyder, TX 79549

Student Payment Plans

  • $30 enrollment fee per semester (Debit & credit card)
  • $30 Decline Fee
  • $5 Payment method change fee

Pay Now

  • $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
Western Texas College is pleased to offer Pay Now/College Green as a convenient online payment option.
Use Pay Now for full payments online, or College Green to pay in convenient installments.

How To Make A Payment

The College Green payment option is available through MyWTC.  You need your Student ID and/or WTC login/password to use this option. 
Login with your "User Name" and "Password" in the above left corner
  • Once you are logged in, select the "CampusConnect" Tab
  • Click the Acknowledgement link
  • Click "I Agree"
  • Under the Account Info, click Review/Pay Account
  • Select the term you are paying
  • Select "Pay Now" or "Payment Plan"
You will then be taken to the Herring Bank College Green/Pay Now Website to complete your payment for your course(s).

Review my Payment Plan

Click HERE to:
  • View your Account Balance and Payments
  • Update your banking or credit card information
  • Update your demographic information, i.e., address and phone number

To use this feature, you MUST have a payment plan already created.  You can do this by following the instructions above on "How To Make A Payment".
